Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create a 3D model and export it as an STL file
Decompose the 3D model into multiple layers and generate the printing path and parameters of each layer.
Using a 3D printer to build an object by stacking materials, such as plastic or metal, layer by layer based on the slice file.
If the printed object requires support structures to prevent collapse, these structures need to be removed after printing is completed
